About

Hi, I'm Christina.

A licensed clinical social worker, complex-trauma specialist, and veteran — offering online trauma therapy across New York and Delaware.

Why I do this work

Reaching out to a therapist takes courage — especially when what you're carrying is heavy, or hard to put into words. I don't take that lightly. For more than 15 years, I've sat with people through the most painful chapters of their lives, and I've watched, again and again, how much can change once someone finally feels safe enough to begin. That's what I hold onto when the work feels hard: it's never too late, and you're never too much.

How we'll work together

I specialize in trauma, and I draw on proven approaches — EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting — choosing what fits you rather than fitting you into a method. There's no rushing, no pressure to relive more than you're ready for. We move at a pace that feels safe, and we build from there. Above all, this is a relationship: warm, collaborative, and free of judgment.

Outside the therapy room

When I'm not with clients, you'll most likely find me in my garden, with my hands in the soil and my family nearby — a reminder that healing, like growing things, takes patience, the right conditions, and a little tending every day.

If it feels like the right fit, I'd be honored to help.
